🛍️ Return Policy

Return requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Reverse Pickup

If your return is approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or share return instructions with you.

Returns Not Accepted For:

Products without an unboxing video
Opened or used personal safety items (e.g., pepper sprays, stun guns)
Items damaged or tampered with by the customer
Items returned without original packaging

💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only if:

The item is damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered
The return request is raised within 24 hours of delivery
The returned product passes our inspection

Refund Process

Email support@thesafetygadgetco.in with your Order ID, a brief explanation of the issue, and the mandatory unboxing video.
If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.
After inspection, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

🚫 Order Cancellation

Before Shipping: Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched. You may request a return if eligible after receiving the item.
